About our Cheesecakes

 

Our cheesecakes are made entirely by hand, using the freshest ingredients (many locally grown (fruit & vegetables), raised (eggs) or produced (maple syrup) – yum!).

Each cheesecake is made from scratch and fresh to order. Once it has cooled, it is frozen, vacuum sealed, placed in a insulated shipping box with a frozen gel pack, and shipped to you.

 

It is important to keep the cheesecake frozen and sealed until you are ready to consume.

Defrosting method:

Remove vacuum seal and transfer cheesecake from the freezer to the refrigerator the day before you intend to serve.

Slice and serve!
